Very simple:
You can register and create a user account or proceed as a guest;
- You select the product you want and the desired size. Then you click "ADD TO CART";
If you want to add more products, click on "CONTINUE SHOPPING";
- If you wish to finalize your purchase, you must verify your order (check if the desired sizes and models are correctly selected). Then, confirm that you agree to the terms and conditions and enter your name and tax identification number (NIF) if you want an invoice with tax information. After that, proceed and click on "FINALIZE PURCHASE".
- Fill in the shipping details: Email; First Name; Last Name, Full Address and Contact Information (if you want to use MBway as a payment method, the contact information entered must be the one configured with the MBway app).
- If you have a discount code to use, enter it in "DISCOUNT CODE" and click "APPLY". Otherwise, go ahead and click "CONTINUE TO SHIPPING";
Shipping costs vary and are related to the order value and delivery location. Proceed and click "PROCEED TO PAYMENT";
- Choose your payment method: Credit Card, PayPal, MBway (you only have 5 minutes to make the payment after placing your order) or Multibanco Payment (if you choose MB, the order will only be processed after you make the payment using the MB reference generated in the next step);
- If you want the billing address to be the same as the shipping address, click on "SAME SHIPPING ADDRESS"; if you want to use a different address, click on "USE A DIFFERENT BILLING ADDRESS" and fill in the desired information;
Finally, click on "PLACE MY ORDER" and a summary of your order will be generated (as well as the MB Reference if you chose this payment method).
Then you just have to wait for them to arrive.
Orders placed cannot be modified, therefore it is not possible to change quantity/size and/or add/remove items.

Payments
At foursoul.pt you can make payments via: Multibanco Reference, Paypal, MBway or Credit Card.
If you choose to pay for your order using Multibanco References, it will only be processed once the order has been paid. FOURSOUL is notified of the payment and processes the order without needing to send any proof of payment.
For payments via MBway, you only have 5 minutes to complete the payment. If you do not receive the pending payment notification from the MBway app, log in to the app and the payment will be available.

Furthermore, all information entered for the purchase will be treated as personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. The site complies with all anti-spam and virus controls. For payments made with credit card and PayPal, the total amount of the order will only be debited at the time of shipment. Orders paid by bank slip and MB WAY will be debited at the time the User makes the payment.
Exchanges and Returns

To do this, you must go to the customer area, enter the orders you want to return. Click the "RETURN ORDER" button; this will generate an email for you to send the products you want to return. Although you will send more than one email because there are several orders, you can use only one DPD RETURN label.
The refund will preferably be processed using the same payment method chosen for the online purchase. However, if there are any technical issues, we can process the refund via bank transfer.
The refund will be processed according to the order details, using the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If the payment method was MBway or Multibanco References, a bank transfer will be made.
